Return Policy

We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise sold by Innovationluggage.com for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused, unworm merchandise, for any reason, for a prompt refund online or by bringing the item with receipt into any of our store locations.


Holiday Return Policy -

We will be extending our Online Return policy for the Holidays.

All purchases made between November 24th and December 31st will have an extended max return date till January 31, 2008.    


Return process

* Your credit card will be credited for the price of the bag and any taxes, excluding shipping costs.

* Innovation Luggage will coordinate and pay the return freight charges.

* Your card will be credited when Innovation Luggage has received and processed your unused returned item.

* Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

* Innovation Luggage cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our online return policy
