Do you offer international delivery?
No. We currently only ship to the immediate 48 US states.
What type of shipping do you offer?
We ship via UPS. Standard ground shipping or 2-day air.
What is your return policy?
We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise sold by Innovationluggage.com for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused, unworm merchandise, for any reason, for a prompt refund online or by bringing the item with receipt into any of our store locations.
Return process
- Your credit card will be credited for the price of the bag and any taxes, excluding shipping costs.
- Innovation Luggage will coordinate and pay the return freight charges.
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or Innovation Luggage shipping error, the initial shipping will be credited and the restocking fee will not be charged.
- Your card will be credited when Innovation Luggage has received and processed your returned item.
- Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Innovation Luggage cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our online return policy.
How do I have my luggage repaired / Is my repair covered under warranty?
Yes, all items are covered by a manufacturers warranty.
