We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise sold for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise for a prompt refund online.

If you would like to exchange your item for something that better fits your needs we can take care of this for you without shipping charges. Just give us a call within 30 days of receiving your order and we will take care of the return and get you the product you need.

Upon receipt of your items, a refund will be issued for the amount of your returned items and any applicable taxes. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Your refund will be processed within two business days of the receipt of merchandise.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy where the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Defective Merchandise
If you receive merchandise that you view as defective, please contct us prior to using the merchandise. We will examine the unused merchandise, and if a defect exists we will replace the merchandise for you free of charge. If the product has been used, repair or replacement will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
